At a9apk, your loyalty is truly valued. Our VIP program is designed to give genuine recognition to active players — from weekly cashback and higher withdrawal limits to personal customer service ready to support you at all times.
The a9apk VIP Program is more than a status label — it's a complete rewards system built to ensure every ringgit you invest on our platform delivers real value in return. Unlike other platforms that offer only generic bonuses, a9apk builds long-term relationships with loyal members through a transparent tier system and benefits that truly make a difference.
The program consists of four main tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier unlocks an increasingly attractive set of privileges, from higher weekly cashback to exclusive VIP table access at the Live Casino, higher withdrawal limits, and a dedicated personal account manager assigned specifically to you.
Your progress in the a9apk VIP program is calculated based on your total deposits and gaming activity over a set period. The system is fully automatic — no application or special form required. Once you meet the requirements for a tier, your status is updated instantly and all privileges for that new tier are immediately available for you to use.
* Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Subject to Terms and Conditions.
Choose the tier that fits your play style. The higher the tier, the greater the rewards waiting for you.
Many platforms use the "VIP" label purely as a marketing tool, but at a9apk, every privilege we promise is real and available from day one of reaching that tier. No complicated hidden conditions, no lengthy waiting periods.
One of the most tangible benefits of the a9apk VIP Program is the weekly cashback, calculated automatically every Monday based on your gaming activity from the previous week. This means that even when luck isn't on your side, a portion of your losses is returned directly to your account — no manual claims required.
For Platinum and Diamond members, a specially assigned personal account manager is always on hand to assist you — whether it's resolving technical issues, expediting withdrawals, or simply answering your questions. This is the kind of service typically found only at premium physical casinos, now available at your fingertips through a9apk.

Becoming an a9apk VIP member is straightforward and fully automatic. There's no special application to submit or manual approval to wait for — our system continuously monitors your activity and updates your VIP tier in real time.
Create a free account and complete the identity verification (KYC) process in under 5 minutes. Your information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Deposit using your preferred payment method — FPX, digital wallet, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit to qualify for Silver tier is RM 500.
Every game you play contributes to your VIP tier calculation. Play Live Casino, Slots, Sports, and Bingo — everything counts together.
Once you meet the requirements for a tier, your status is updated instantly and all privileges for that tier become active in your account immediately.
A9apk VIP tiers are reviewed every three months based on your recent activity. To maintain your tier, you need to stay active by meeting the minimum requirements set for that period. If your activity drops, the system will notify you in advance before any tier change is made — giving you enough time to stay at your current tier.
The a9apk VIP Program is more than just cashback — it's a comprehensive rewards ecosystem designed to elevate every aspect of your gaming experience.
Receive cashback directly to your account every Monday with no manual claims needed. Rates range from 5% to 15% depending on your VIP tier.

Platinum and Diamond members get a dedicated account manager available just for you — ready to assist via WhatsApp, Telegram, or live chat at any time.
Exclusive live casino table access available only to VIP members — higher betting limits, a personal dealer, and a more intimate table setting.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed with priority — typically completed within 15 minutes for Gold members and above, compared to the platform's standard processing time.
Diamond members are eligible for physical gifts, gift cards, and invitations to exclusive events hosted by a9apk from time to time.
In Malaysia, many online platforms offer "VIP" programs that differ only in tier names with little meaningful difference in benefits. a9apk takes a different approach — we ensure every VIP tier delivers real, tangible benefits you can feel in your day-to-day activity on the platform.
One thing that sets a9apk apart is the transparency of our system. Tier-up requirements are clearly stated, there are no surprise hidden conditions, and you can monitor your VIP tier progress at any time through your account dashboard. You'll know exactly how much more is needed to reach the next tier.
Beyond that, a9apk VIP cashback is calculated based on net losses — not gross wagering amounts. This means you only receive cashback when you genuinely need recovery, not just a nominal reward too small to make any real difference. At a9apk, the goal of the VIP program is to make sure you feel valued and can keep playing comfortably.
